Sorry, my computer doesn't have Chinese software installed, so I'll post in English.

Yeah the first CIP was at Boat Quay, it was generally the better CIP with 24 people going. Main problems were punctuality, and as it was my first attempt at leading, I count it rather successful. Around 10,000 people turned up for the event, presented by Ilotopie of France. The show was rather refreshing and spectacular (pyrotechnics), with us as volunteers having to give out flyers and NEwater to the audience. It was generally a pleasant evening at the CBD, almost seemed like work then. Rather pleased to see that our members stuck to their task, and had the vigour to complete the job. We were also praised by the liaison officer, labelling us 'enthusiastic and hardworking'. Tireless workers we are, and I think that's one of our youthful advantages. We do need to have more initiative and discipline, and congregate for instructions rather than scatter or wander sometimes.

Second CIP was at Bedok Reservoir, performed by The Lunatics of Holland. About Man's desire to know more about Water. Whether it's a friend or foe, and its connection with fire. The abstract production may not have been understood by the general public, but it was still enriching nonetheless. Punctuality was improved, and I could see our members staying on task and being committed to their work at hand. I think if we keep this up and further improve, we really can do it for the big event 9 months from now. Seeing the PRCs and local students conversing together, sharing a laugh. No previous awkward incidents, or members being ostracised. Sec1s were also joining in the banter, with everyone co-operating with smiles on their faces. Felt a sense of pride when seeing them accept each other, and all levels, regardless of nationality work cohesively as a unit. As CDS.

Yeah, this sounds cliche and I'm sure some will roll their eyes at this post, but I'm stating what I felt then. In these CIPs we get to work with each other, almost like a CCA outing. Having a taste of meeting all sorts of people (handling the public) and most importantly learning responsibility. Responsibly arriving on time, doing allocated work. Hope the CIPs have given a broader scope to those who participated, and hope that we will exhibit the same teamwork and sense of belonging as before.

戏剧人易落泪？-llb

昨天去Charis Wong的教堂婚礼，婷婷（2005年毕业的主席）就坐在我身边。当Charis谢谢她的父母时，说的都是一些你我都曾经经历的父母为我们做的事，不知怎么的我却泪眼盈眶，这时婷婷从包包拿出tissue，我要了一张，原来她也泪眼盈眶了。她说：“哈哈，戏剧的……”，我们发出了会心的微笑。不知坐在不远处的欧慧是否也泪眼盈眶了？哈哈哈。

还记得文森，当年他是黄城总监，票务上出了一些问题，我说了很重的话“以后不去支持黄城了！”后来从恺丽口中获知他很难过的哭了。By the way，他是男的Hor，哈哈。

听说音亭也是个爱哭鬼，受了委屈回家哭了，回来又再继续做。蓝老师也爱哭，蔡老师当我问她爱不爱哭，她说“of cos!”

我可是个不折不扣的哭包，给我教过的学生都知道，我很凶，但是内心其实很脆弱，课堂上当众洒泪的时候不少。看了感人的剧集，和母亲共用一盒纸巾，频频拭泪。看到动人的文字，也会感动落泪。几乎每年欢送会我都落下不舍之泪。最记得2000年的欢送会，文森、惠惠等人送给我他们特别录制的CD，我回到家可是一边听一边流泪，流了整晚，隔天眼睛肿肿的。

易落泪的人就是软弱的人吗？那可不一定，至少我觉得自己不是，蓝老师、蔡老师也不是，文森、婷婷、音亭更不是。

我比较喜欢易落泪的人多过冷漠无情的人。泪水代表我们关心、我们在乎。

那天，姐姐告诉我六岁的外甥女看了doraemon大结局后，嚎啕大哭，我听后哈哈大笑，觉得她笨死了。今天，假期发闷，想起这件事，去youtube找来看，年纪已不小的我看了之后虽然没有嚎啕大哭，却也泪流满面，真的很感人啊！

原来，动人的情节可以那么简单，我们写剧本寻找题材时，多注意身边的人事物，可能就会找到动人的题材。问题是，你们的用心够细腻吗？够专注吗？
